2. Click the ‘Sign In’ button to create an account.
• UCI employees with an HS account will use single sign-on via the UCI Employees option.
• Non-UCI employees will use Sign-In or Create Account

Step 2: Claim credit

Once logged into your CloudCME Account

1. Go to My CME https://uci.cloud-cme.com
2. Click Claim Credit
3. Enter Activity ID: 6657
4. Confirm your attendance
5. Complete the required evaluative questions
6. Submit evaluation

1. Go to My CME https://uci.cloud-cme.com
2. Click Evaluations & Certificates
3. Complete unfinished evaluation
4. Download or email the certificate
